Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment is required upfront to secure your session. Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded minus a 10% admin fee. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. Prep Work: You’ll receive a short form after booking to help us prepare and make the most of our time together. Session Delivery: Your session will be held via Google Meet. A summary and 1-page roadmap will be delivered within 48 hours after your call.
